IF Embiid asked for a trade to Dallas, it is not a bad trade, you cannot move away the 1st round value of Lively, Prosper, Green and Hardy - they have propably MORE value than 4 x 1st. But again, Embiid is a top 10 player, hence his value is relativ - but IF he asks to go Dallas to win - y may see such trade - and Embiid repeated that day, he is loyal to Philly but he wants to play for a ring - for every year.

You do realize teams would offer better young guys, that in your eyes equal a first round pick, PLUS! they would offer 4 more 1st round picks and pick swaps. By your calculations other teams are offering equal to 7 or 8 first round picks then to Dallas 4 guys and one pick.

Only OKC maybe Jazz can offer 5 to 8 1st picks. And y need to ask yourself, is the one or the other would immediatelly be a contender, and if your team would become ready for in the next 3 years (Embiid becomes 30y soon) . So I do not think OKC will do it also not Jazz. AND y need to understand if Embiid wants to play for your francise, if not it will never work and y need to trade him away for cheep. So I do not see ANY team, that would have 8 picks available and the teams that have a lot 1st will not trade for Embiid, becouse the timeline will not work for them.

So IF Embiid would ask to go to Dallas - y have seen the trade asset, that will performed already above.
