No, I’ve read the maximum cap space they can have is about 25mil. I’m sure however they will want to resign Jalen Smith as well.

Unfortunately no, they won't resign Jalen Smith. I sure they would like to, however all they are allowed to offer is what his 4th year option would've been if Suns hadn't passed on the option. He will get better offers.
