I'd do this for Dallas. Lowry is older, but he isn't a headcase. Getting a first rounder is a nice bonus.

Idk if I personally do this if I’m Dallas. getting a first is nice of course, but taking a steep declining Lowry takes up their cap room (if Kyrie leaves) to get a better supporting player for Luka. I think it’ll just waste another year and they’ll be a worse team.
