Sacramento turns into a more balanced / better passing team that can win now. Vucevic should make the half court offense much easier for Fox. They trade the risk of Bagley not working out with the risk of Gordon leaving after two more years.

Orlando tanks next season for a higher pick in 2021 (I think they can also create a trade exception for Fournier to take on a bad contract / get more picks) while Isaac recovers from his injury. In addition to Hield, they get more picks and the flexibility to see which high potential prospects (Fultz, Bagley, Bamba, Williams) will develop.

Golden State trades a future late 1st rounder to get an established player. Fournier is on the last year of his deal, but they don't have a lot of other good targets available for that trade exception. They can continue to sign players to cheap contracts and waive some players that are on non-guaranteed contracts.

first round pick is too much for fournier. 2 second round pick is enough.

I don’t think GS will be adding salary with the uncertainty of the cap as it is.

If Hield was on the trading block, I guarantee you the Thunder would be first team calling. the Kings aren't trading Hield.
