Raptors 2021 first round pick (seventh overall, it is any higher I doubt the Raptors would take this trade)

If the Raptors aren't trying to tank for more than a year, this could be a big trade for them. However, they could also potentially lose a high pick. In the end, if the Raptors could sign and trade Lowry and Birch for a rim protector, they could return to contention with a proven superstar behind them, along with the development of OG Anunoby and Gary Trent Jr.

For the Blazers, they receive the seventh overall pick in a pretty good draft, a point guard with some upside in Malachi Flynn, a good stretch 4 and shot blocker in Boucher, and a pretty good guard in VanVleet who is streaky, but plays good and tough defense and can hit 3s at a high rate, and has a developed an interior game.

I'd love this but IDK if portland says yes. They'd want a forward/ big next to CJ/ Powell, not an undersized guard.

The first thing anyone would want if Toronto called about a star is OG. He’s a minimum requirement along with the pick.

Even then, I think Portland could do better from other teams.

If Portland trades away Lillard, it is quite likely they are commiting to a full rebuild, which means that players like McCollum and Nurkic may also be traded. Many teams can make a trade for Dame as well. Here are the best possible players Portland can hope to land:
Boston - Jaylen Brown
Philly - Ben Simmons
Lakers - Probably not happening
Miami - Tyler Herro
New York - RJ Barrett
VanVleet would be a downgrade to Brown and Simmons, but the Blazers can potentially draft players with high potential like Barnes and Kuminga and Moody, something the other teams which are contenders cannot offer.

Lillard defensively could be hidden assuming the Raptors get a good center.
