UTA/ORL

UTA get Aaron Gordon

Pg Conley
Sg Mitchell
Sf Ingles
Pf Gordon
Ce Gobert

ORL get Bojan Bogdanovic

Pg Fultz
Sg Fournier
Sf Bogdanovic
Pf Isaac
Ce Vucevic

1.) 26 May 2020 11:48:31
I like it. A direct swap would be beneficial for both teams.

26 May 2020 07:40:20
ORL/DEN/PHX

ORL get Kelly Oubre & Gary Harris

Pg Fultz
Sg Harris
Sf Oubre
Pf Isaac
Ce Vucevic

DEN get Aaron Gordon & Evan Fournier

Pg Murray
Sg Fournier/Barton
Sf Porter
Pf Gordon
Ce Jokic

PHX get Jerami Grant & 1st round pick from DEN

Pg Rubio
Sg Booker
Sf Bridges
Pf Grant
Ce Ayton

1.) 26 May 2020 14:30:36
Phx gives up the best player yet gets the least back. Phx turned down Orlando's offer of Gordon for oubre, so why would they take grant and a late first in a bad draft?

DAL/DET

DAL get Blake Griffin

DET get Tim Hardaway & Dwight Powell

1.) 26 May 2020 03:45:59
Looks nice but won’t make sense for Dallas.

25 May 2020 13:49:56
NYK/OKC/IND

NYK get Oladipo & Paul

OKC get Payton, Randle, 2nd rd pick IND

IND get Barrett, Knox, Gibson, 2021 pick NYK, 21,23 DAL 1st

1.) 25 May 2020 14:50:57
Need to add the NYK 2020 1st if you're getting Paul AND oladipo.

2.) 25 May 2020 16:27:15
I am in the minority, but in a Paul to New York deal that includes the Knicks being willing to move Barrett, OKC will want RJ. and they have the ammo in picks to get him. Instead of a Paul to New York deal that includes picks returning to OKC, OKC attaches 1-2 picks to Paul and gets RJ back to pair with fellow Canadian SGA. I think it’s a win for both sides. The pick could go to Indy if they want Oladipo still.

3.) 25 May 2020 17:48:10
Well then give Randle to IND.

4.) 25 May 2020 21:07:49
Churchpugh, why go after RJ hard? He’s pretty similar to SGA. They could make it work, but I don’t think he’s and ideal fit. You’re basically committing to your 2 and 3 being works in progress as shooters.

5.) 26 May 2020 01:39:44
Rkenne_16, I am a die hard thunder guy. If they grab RJ, they have two young guys under team control for like the next 5-10ish years if they give them 5 year extensions after their rookie deals. SGA proved he has star potential and I think RJ has it too. Both are Canadian and can grow a special chemistry long term. They have tons of picks moving forward. Like a crazy amount. Burning a few for a top asset like Barrett is worth the gamble. They can grow together and hopefully get back to a perennial playoff team. They are a small market and won’t win big FA sweepstakes anytime soon and so getting a young guy under team control is massive. Just my thoughts.

LAL/BKN

LAL get Spencer Dinwiddie & Rodions Kurucs
- Dinwiddie is the perfect scoring option for the Lakers. He can start or be a good sixth man. I may prefer him to be a sixth man

Pg Lebron/Rondo/Cook
Sg Bradley/Dinwiddie
Sf Caldwell-Pope/Dudley
Pf Davis/Morris/Kurucs
Ce McGee/Howard

BKN get Kyle Kuzma & Danny Green
- find Danny Green will help Irving defensively at the starting backcourt and Kuzma will space the floor for Durant and Deandre. move Levert to sixth man role where he will shine when Irving and Durant is off the floor

Pg Irving/Pinson/pick
Sg Green/Levert
Sf Durant/Harris
Pf Kuzma/Prince
Ce Jordan/Allen

It's been a while since i posted a trade involving my Lakers hopefully this is not one sided for us

1.) 25 May 2020 09:50:43
Like it but I would have LeVert over Green in the depth chart.

Did you guys see Espn's all time starters for each team?

For the Lakers they have

Magic
West
Kobe
Kareem
Shaq

They didn't include Lebron James for the reason he's not with the Lakers for that long. That's fine but for the Clippers they have

Paul
Kawhi
Griffin
Brand
McAdoo

then Raptors also have Kawhi in their team.

Then Kawhi is not included in the Spurs line up.

I'm a Kawhi Leonard fan and i think he has the potential to be in the all time starting 5 of every team he's played with. I'm just a little confused about the basis if their listings. Ok, i apologize for this non sense lol.

Who has higher value?

Horford or Wiggins
Beal or Booker
Jrue Holiday or Lavine
McCollum or Oladipo
Hield or A.Gordon
Derozan or Aldridge

1.) 15 May 2020 16:42:13
Wiggins due to age alone.
Beal
Holiday by a lot.
McCollum? If I knew Oladipo was 100%, easily him. If they finish the season and he’s back to his all star play, sure. But after 13 games, it’s too much risk.
Same. I’ve seen ideas of a direct swap, which might make sense.
Aldridge.

2.) 15 May 2020 18:34:26
Wiggins, probably. I could see some teams thinking that Horford was just put in a bad position and dinged up though.

Beal probably. I could see Booker’s extra years of control evening it up though.

Holiday by a nose.

Oladipo by a fairly wide margin. McCollum’s offensive efficiency just hasn’t been rising like the rest of the league. The last time VO was healthy, he was an all nba guy and he was starting to get back there before the shut down.

I’d say it’s about equal. Both are high level role players that fit well in the modern game and could fill holes on elite teams.

Derozan because of age. They’re both basically just guys that can get you buckets at this point. It depends what you need on who you would prefer, but Derozan has more tread left on the tires.

3.) 16 May 2020 12:22:16
Wiggins
Beal
Holiday (not close)
Oladipo if i had to choose, about even tho.
Hield by a tiny bit.
Derozan.

4.) 16 May 2020 18:09:20
Wiggins but I wouldn’t want to take on either contract.

Beal. Beal is currently much better but Booker can get there soon. Neither player can single handedly carry team to wins though.

Holiday. Lavine probably has higher ceiling but might never reach holiday’s level of play.

Oladipo. Similar ages and Mccollum is a better shooter and obviously is less of an injury risk. But, Oladipo gets the edge for me because of how well he carried his team as the number one option in 2018-19

Aaron Gordon by a bit. Definitely has areas where he needs to improve but he is 3 years younger and is still arguably getting better.

DeMar DeRozan. He has a better all around game and still has time left to be good especially on the right team. Aldridge may be slightly better but he requires a high usage percentage and is well past his prime.

03 May 2020 06:56:02
Do you think that the line up of

Pg Nunn
Sg Herro
Sf Butler
Pf Giannis
Ce Adebayo

Is better than the Bucks have right now?

1.) 03 May 2020 17:29:28
Probably. But how are Miami getting Giannis? When he’s a FA, Bam will be available for a max extension. Can they fit both of those max deals and Butler’s max?

If they try to get him in a trade, Bam is the minimum requirement.

2.) 03 May 2020 17:57:13
Bam will be a restricted free agent so the heat can sign Giannis then resign bam. His cap hold wouldn't be high enough where they can't sign giannis.

3.) 03 May 2020 18:47:09
II, is technically right. But there will also be cap holds on Nunn and Robinson as well as Bam. Also, assuming that the projected salary cap stays at $125 mil for that season. Not sure I would count on it remaining that high with what is going on.

4.) 03 May 2020 20:09:59
Miami will have about 40 mil in cap after cap holds to bam nun and Robinson. others can get announced and Duncan can get announced to and take mle.

5.) 04 May 2020 12:20:40
That 40 mil is a little high considering that you have roster spot cap holds and the guarenteed salary of Miami's 2020 first round pick as well to throw into the mix as well. Miami will only have 5 guys under contract then?

6.) 04 May 2020 15:58:43
If they renounce Robinson, there’s no chance he comes back for MLE. He’s headed to a Joe Harris/ Ingles type deal.

It’ll be interesting to see what Miami does. Are they willing to not give Bam a max extension this offseason and risk him taking an offer sheet somewhere else (which could blow up their cap room) . Would they dangle him in a trade for Giannis? This offseason could be big for trades.

7.) 06 May 2020 15:18:30
I assume that 40 million was preCovid. I don’t think anyone knows what the cap is going to look like next offseason.

8.) 06 May 2020 17:36:37
If the cap did go down wouldn’t giannis contract max go down too so it will really still be the same situation. Your max pay is based off a percentage of the cap. Plus giannis not a ten year veteran so his max starts off around 35 if signs with another team. Plus in Miami no state taxes so he can take a lil less plus make more in marketing. Then sign a super max being a ten year veteran.

9.) 06 May 2020 17:37:16
The "40 mil cap space" is based on $125 mil salary cap for when Giannis is a FA. Now a lot can happen between now and then, salaries could frop because of COVID. NBA can fully recover by then.

Kinda doesn't put this rumor in the "not possible" stack, but it sure fits in the "unlikely" stack.

10.) 06 May 2020 18:53:36
The max is a percentage of the cap. So the cap is 100 percent and the max is like 30 percent. So if the cap goes down 10 percent, it’s at 90 percent of the former cap number. The 10 percent of 30 percent of the cap is 27 percent. So for every 10 dollars the cap goes down, the max would go down like 3.

11.) 07 May 2020 02:09:07
And if the cap not at 125 and it's at 115 so giannis max will be 32 and the heat will still have about 32 mil. Cause all the cap holds will be less and so will giannis max. if it's to build around butler giannis and bam. It's worth to sacrifice either ducan or nun to sign giannis. it's like bam we about to max out giannis then you next.

In 5 years who do you think is the best duo if they stick together?

Doncic Porzingis
Simmons Embiid
Booker Ayton
Russell Towns
Ingram Zion
Morant Jackson
Mitchell Gobert
Oladipo Sabonis

1.) 26 Apr 2020 04:12:42
Ingram and Zion.

2.) 26 Apr 2020 08:22:44
Simmons and Embiid will be dominating and no one will be able to score on them.

3.) 26 Apr 2020 12:18:55
VanVleet Siakam.

4.) 26 Apr 2020 14:59:03
Likely only 3 pairs are still together on 5 years.

5.) 26 Apr 2020 23:26:18
If Booker and Ayton are the two best players on Phoenix in 5 years, I would pity Phoenix fans. That would be 5 long lottery-bound years.

Dallas and Phili are the top two. NO is a close third, though I’d want to start my team with those two over Phili. I think Zion is going to be a superstar.

6.) 27 Apr 2020 04:01:33
Mordant Jackson because others won’t be together in 5 years.

7.) 27 Apr 2020 09:33:52
Dallas and Philly, if they can stay healty.

8.) 27 Apr 2020 21:25:25
Giannis Siakim.

9.) 28 Apr 2020 12:43:15
If we could sign AD, then Giannis in '21:
Giannis/ AD/ Siakam.

20 Apr 2020 14:20:07
Who you got?

Curry
Booker
George
Davis
Bagley

Or

Fox
Klay
Kawhi
LeBron
Ayton

1.) 20 Apr 2020 14:29:19
FOx Klay Kawhi LeBron Ayton.

2.) 20 Apr 2020 19:12:13
Fox Booker Kawhi Green ADavis.

How is that horrible for the Jazz? They replace Gobert with a defensive center who can space the floor and they get a shooter to pair with Mitchell. Mitchell, Hield and Bogdanovic will be an offensive dynamite. Not to mention Conley is underperforming in Utah. It’s a risk for the Pacers though.

The Lakes and Pacers would rather cut the Mavs out of that trade and find a way to make it work by themselves if you are saying that Kuzma is the asset going to the Pacers.

ATL can actually beat that team in some games

I'll put Vucevic higher, maybe around number 9

I'd say Markieff to at least top 15

Jimmy Butler all over Klay Thompson, Anthony Davis all over Curry as long as Pelicans could make playoffs (doubt)
