How about drafting Justin Anderson at 24 and trading him and Haywood for Ryan Anderson. The cavs won't really need to resign love and would be able to easily resign TT. The Pels get a solid 3 and d small forward which they desperately need.

Most people do not think Goran would leave Miami but Alvin Gentry and Dragic having a very close bond. Miami gets a Point Guard that is injury prone but has no excuses not to be fully healthy for this upcoming season. Heat Fans should look at it in this POV. If Wade does not come back, does Goran rebuild with the team; or does he leave. In this trade they get a future 1st and a PG who was an all star his last year in the Eastern Conference
