I hate it for the Knicks. White side is an expiring. Jennings was decent but not great before the injury. Also, an expiring. The rest is filers and justise Winslow. Ultimately this trade is the Knicks giving away Lopez and Melo for Winslow? How in the world is that a good Knicks trade? The Knicks would be best to see how the current team evolves.

Pizza. why do u assume that Whiteside would leave the place that can pay him the most and give him a starting spot in a huge market.

NOt a big fan of it form a Pistons stand point although it does stregthen the bench. Detroit is winning even with a weak bench. The return in December of Jennings should take care of that.

I don't assume that whiteside will leave. I assume that Porzingas is the Center of the future for the Knicks and whiteside will ultimately be a big contract for a not so necessary position. I would far prefer spending big money on a guard for the Knicks. Whiteside will be a max contract most likely, so what's the point of having the 3/4/5 all locked up when you still have an inferior guard tandem?
It just doesn't make sense.

Oh really jbaby? 7'3. Still growing. Intentions of packing on 15-30 lbs. and among the best rim protectors already. He's a pf because he's so thin. The intentions are to get him to center. This is obvious.
Besides. Whiteside is overrated. He's not good at team defense. His team last year and this is better at defense when he is off the court because all he worries about are blocks
Good leaving the team develop as is.
