MAVS/ PACERS

Mavs get Hield and Turner

Pacers get Hardaway, Powell, Kleber and 2025 1st round pick ( basically first tradable pick after Knicks pick conveys )

Carlisle gets players he knows how to use. Hardaway returns next season and plays his best ball under Carlisle. Kleber hits 3s, and Powell fills a role for one more season and get traded next year or expires for cap space.

Mavs get an upgrade at CENTER and a 3 point specialist who will profit from Luka passing.

Mavs could offer Josh Green to help make the deal work.

Ladamson43

1.) 10 Feb 2022 07:45:50
garbage for pacers.

2.) 10 Feb 2022 09:46:32
I want two picks and Green to consider this.

Hield is worth a first
Turner is worth a first and an asset

T Hardaway is a negative asset for the pacers.
I also rather keep turner now Sabonis is gone, because it's hard to get equal value for him.

3.) 10 Feb 2022 14:05:41
Hield cannot be part of a package for 60 days after the trade to the Pacers. He can only be traded again as a standalone player. Picks or money can be included, but not any other player.

4.) 17 Feb 2022 16:01:43
This trade will happen during off season.

DALLAS/BROOKLYN

MAVS: (S&T) JJ Reddick
Nets: Dinwiddie

Nets had interest in Reddick before trade deadline..
Mavs get Dinwiddie on short contract coming off injury..

Ladamson43

1.) 16 Jun 2021 16:29:56
Dinwiddie is looking around 14-20 a year, I don’t think Reddick is worth that annually anymore for multiple years.

2.) 16 Jun 2021 16:33:12
I don’t see the Nets giving Reddick something like 3 years 40 million. Too long for a 36 year old.

3.) 16 Jun 2021 16:41:13
rather keep Dinwiddie if I am the Nets.

JJ Reddick is washed. There is no way I am giving him 3 years at 12 mil per year if I am Brooklyn.

4.) 16 Jun 2021 16:56:23
Dinwiddie is 1 of smartest players in league. He won't take less 20 a mil and he will ask it crypto currencyq.

Blazers/MAVS/PISTONS

PISTONS get WHITESIDE and 2nd rnd from MAVS via GSW

MAVS get DRUMMOND

BLAZERS get POWELL, LEE, and 2nd rnd from Mavs via UTAH

PISTONS get a decent replacement for Drummond who is likely to opt out. Add in GSW pick for deal.

BLAZERS get rid of Whitesiide and get cap relief as well as expiring contract OF LEE and 2nd. Powell gives quality young player.

Mavs get stronger center and opportunity to sign DRUMMOND to long term deal if he fits..

Ladamson43

1.) 08 Jan 2020 22:54:11
I just don’t see the point of dumping Drummond unless they’re getting some kind of decent asset back. You can tank with him, he’s either a free agent or only has a year left if he opts in, and he’s still a pretty good player.

2.) 08 Jan 2020 23:20:36
How is that cap relief for Portland when Whiteside is on a big expiring while Powell has few more years left. And Pistons say no anyway. Remove them from the deal.

3.) 09 Jan 2020 01:09:59
Pistons say no.

4.) 10 Jan 2020 22:06:02
This isn't crazy. Whiteside and Drummond are kind of the same player, so DET gets 2nd rounder for Drummond essentially. With his contract that may be the best they can do. Portland is planning for next year, so Powell and 2nd rounder would be nice. Not sure they could get that pick and Powell though. For Dallas it may be worth trying to a traditinal center to see how that works with Luka and Kristaps.

DALLAS-CLEVELAND

DALLAS: THOMPSON AND KNIGHT

CAVS: HARDAWAY AND LEE

WHY CAVS- Gives CAVS a shooting guard who can run the floor and an expiring contract in Lee.

WHY DALLAS- Fills need for a trashman center who does the dirty work and an expiring contract in Knight..

No draft picks involved because Both CAVS players are expiring and Hardaway has option year... BOTH teams could lose all involved players..

Ladamson43

1.) 20 Nov 2019 22:48:28
Might have to throw in Jackson or a 2nd to the Cavs. Hardaway will most likely opt in.

2.) 20 Nov 2019 22:52:05
Hard pass from Cavs.

3.) 20 Nov 2019 23:06:03
And Cleveland is taking on extra money for what, exactly?

4.) 20 Nov 2019 23:31:49
Not a fan of any of them but good trade.

5.) 21 Nov 2019 00:15:47
No froms cavs bc thompson is exp and hardaway isnt. Hardaway has become so bad as a shooter.

6.) 21 Nov 2019 00:36:17
Why should the Cavs care about Hardaway's extra year? Its not like they are trying to win and lose their 2020 first. Going to take a draft pick to get the Cavs interested in dealing.

7.) 21 Nov 2019 04:29:06
Cvs get a future first.

8.) 21 Nov 2019 18:54:28
Nice Center but Mavs consider chemistry strong - Thompason is already to much a Kardashian superstar type of player. : )

Dallas-OKC-Sacramento

Dallas: Gallinari(OKC) and Ferrell(Sac)

OKC: Lee(MAVS) and Bogdonovich(SAC) and 2nd(Mavs)

SAC: Shroeder and Ferguson(OKC) and Jackson and 2nd(MAVS)

WHY SACREMENTO: KINGS get three players to use and evaluate plus a pick and don't lose Bogs for no return.. This also opens up possible $25 Million for 2021 free agent class.. Still keeps them competitive..

WHY OKC: Gives 2 expiring contracts of $21.3 million and rids them of another $18 million on outgoing contracts. THAT CLEARS $40 million in cap space going forward. They drop out of luxury tax and have room to sign free agents.

WHY DALLAS: Gallo opens up the floor and gives scoring option. FERRELL is spark plug off the bench..

OKC might get better offers for Gallo, but would likely not clear as much room...

Ladamson43

1.) 20 Nov 2019 21:13:34
ALSO clears additional $11.7 million for Kings come 2021 free agency. That would give them $38 million for free agency.

2.) 21 Nov 2019 00:22:40
1 sided trade lmao.

3.) 21 Nov 2019 00:44:31
Bodganovich + Farrell can bring in more than 3 scrubs and a mid-late second. Can probably get a late second out of Orlando for Farrell by himself.

4.) 21 Nov 2019 18:54:00
Okc would have to use the money to sign Bogdanovich and there's no guarantee of that. They're better off drafting someone with a rookie deal with the pick they'll get for Gallinari.

5.) 07 Dec 2019 04:30:57
Dude, this is like the 5th trade where the kings get Justin Jackson back from the mavs and give up far more valuable assets. Why would the kings trade for a guy we got rid of last year?

My money says Mavericks only make moves involving Lee (expiring), trade exception and Utah/GSW 2nd round picks.. I see them working out a deal with Hardaway similar to what they did last season with Powell, where THJ declines his option and then resigns with Dallas later on a longer term deal for around 15-18 million per...He has become a big part of

NBA Comeback POY

Anyone other than Kristaps Porzingis even worth considering??? The guy has come back from major knee injury and is slowly getting game back...

And NBA COACH OF THE YEAR..

Has to be DALLAS or MIAMI coach at this point...Anyone disagree???

Ladamson43

1.) 10 Dec 2019 03:02:49
Lakers coach of year?

Comeback maybe Oladipo once he gets on the court.

23 Oct 2019 23:52:17
DALLAS MAVERICKS need a QUALITY center... Who do you think would be best fit for Mavericks center and why??

Ladamson43

1.) 24 Oct 2019 01:01:57
Boban. Because he is already on Dallas's roster.

Hint, they don't have anything others want besides KP or Luka.

2.) 24 Oct 2019 02:01:47
I could see a guy like Tristan Thompson bring a good fit. His offensive rebounding and defensive versatility could fit well next to KP and KP’s rim protection makes up for TT’s mediocre shot blocking. Thompson is just a trash man’s that does the little stuff other people don’t want to. Plus he brings toughness and experience. He also works well because he isn’t going to cost a ton of assets and the Mavs have limited assets to work with. Plus, he’s in the last year of his deal, so it could help them get off some money and they could probably resign him for a reasonable price.

15 Oct 2019 17:35:35
Mavs need a rebounding center with some defensive skills...What players would fit Mavs lineup and what would be needed to get them? As rumor is that Drummond is expected to be available, I was trying to create trades for him...But let's see what everyone thinks..

Ladamson43

1.) 15 Oct 2019 19:30:24
I’m not sure that Dallas has enough to go out and get him. They don’t have a ton of assets outside of Doncic and KP.

2.) 15 Oct 2019 19:45:02
Adams makes sense. So does Drummond if/ when Detroit blows it up. Maybe Vucevic?

3.) 15 Oct 2019 21:05:05
I see several possible acquisitions, but what so the MAVS have to to give up to acquire these players.?

4.) 15 Oct 2019 23:51:43
Adams would be the cheapest and most realistic.

5.) 16 Oct 2019 01:49:47
May want to see what Memphis wants for Valancinous. I know they just resigned him, but does he fit their youth movement with JJJ and Clarke?

6.) 16 Oct 2019 16:40:56
Valanciusnas+KAnderson (3yrs$29MilOwed) for HardawayJR+CLee (expiring) +2026FirstRoundPick+2020SecondRoundPick (Utah) .

Memphis is lite on SGs so Hardaway may work there. Dallas takes on Anderson's remaining salary.

25 Jun 2018 17:19:02
Mavs now on radar for LBJ.. rumor that LBJ could be interested in Dallas depending on the center that Dallas signs. Jordan or Cousins could be the key. Mavs might be willing to trade a couple lower level players to create more cap space.

BARNES
LBJ
COUSINS/JORDAN
SMITH Jr.
DONCIC

Bench of Nowitzki, McDermott, Ferrell, and Powell

Matthews might be odd man out. OR Mavd could renegotiate a longer term less expensive contract.

Ladamson43

1.) 25 Jun 2018 17:44:45
Drama i. e. Whiteboard punching, no practices is he going to be a role player or run the offense? I think Dallas could just be starting to build something. Lbj is not meshing well with Carlisle.

2.) 26 Jun 2018 16:24:40
There is absolutely no story about the Mavs being on LBJs radar. Vegas doesn't even give them odds. becuase they have no chance. Where did you come up with that story? Especially the part that he is waiting to see what they do for a center? Just funny.

MAVS aren't giving up anything for DRAGIC. If they were willing to do that, it would have happened already.

Why would Dallas give up barnes, bares, and Powell to get Parsons back in worse shape than when he left, Sam dekkar, and the 12 pick. there are reports that they have considered a deal of Powell and pick 34 for pick 4 and taking Parsons contract.
