First of all OG would be starter he's your best defensive player and your core. And second he's taking the PF spot. Which means tuner is starter or off the bench but not a big fan of that trade.
They should trade for SGA from OKC.

If MIN did a trade to acquire Ben Simmons, Towns is someone they’d want to keep. A team with Ben needs to be constructed around him, and KAT is a great fit for Simmons.
I agree that the Knicks can’t pluck the #4 pick for Barrett. Moreover, Thibs is the LAST coach that Towns would want to play for again.

GSW and TOR trade
As a Raps fan, I don't think Siakam is a long term option. He's overrated, frequently gets shutdown and is getting paid more than I'd like. Regardless he still has decent "star" value and could be used to bring in assets to be competitive again.

I think it would be terrible for Wiggins' career. he's finally found a place where he can be comfortable as a contributing player instead of being miscast as the #1 option on offense. put him on Toronto's roster without Siakam and he'd be forced into the same role he failed at with the Wolves.
Siakam has more value as the salary piece of a package including picks for a bonafide but disgruntled star.
