Butler is a free agent, can't be traded for a pick now.

But I think it's a fair trade. thanks for the update on him being free agent ( butler ) I should have know that.
All trades I write here is fair and makes sense ( to me )
trading a high pick for a legit star makes sense to me.
I think it helps with both teams.

Sign Andrea Bargnani
- Stretch 4 / 5 that can help AD space the floor and hit shots.
- Good reliable 3rd option and cheap in salary cost.
Sign Raymond Felton ( If he is a free agent )
- good reliable PG who is a good back up at this point of his career. Good insurance policy & upgrade to current roster. ( had a great carer while playing alongside Amare, could reflect that with AD )

JV for 4th is steep.
Probably i'll throw in James Johnson & Vasquez.
I like both those players think they could help.
But not a fan of the trade since knicks could still get d'russle
