Portland gets: Felton (Buy out)
Dallas gets: Kaman
Portland have a lot of bigs that wants minutes, geting rid of Kaman gives younger prospects more playing time.
Dallas gets a backup Center for basicly nothing. Played with Dallas before and has only one year left.

If Portland wanted to just cut salary, they could have just waived Kaman before this year got guaranteed. As EU said, add a first to Portland and it seems reasonable.
