The trade machine confirms the money, now lets see how many picks are needed to make 4 teams happy:
Miami: get Lillard, Nurkic (Since Portland wants to get rid of him)
Clippers: gets Harden
Phili: gets Covington, Herro and picks (they can be swiched to a veteran star)
Portland: gets Lowry, Martin, Jovic, Highsmith from Miamai and Zubac, Mann from Clippers and picks
