Don't see any reason for OKC to do this, and Atlanta is looking to compete, not collect picks. They want a nice ready now player for Collins, or hold him for a sign and trade in the summer.

Phoenix would have to add more to Bledsoe for it to work. Jackson would be ideal for Cavs but it would probably be more preferable to Suns to keep him and give up their 2018 1st (with some protection) plus one of their young pieces like Bender or Chriss; this could probably be more intriguing option to Cavs if a 3rd team was brought in to turn some of those young pieces into more contribution ready ones.
