Surprised that the Mavs didn't jump in on Drummond when it appeared that expiring deals and a second rounder was enough for Detroit.

The most poster? s here are neigther real hoopers nor NBA hardened. Anyway Drummond is a chance and a risk, since he has a player option of 29m next year. I learned Mavs have two reasons not to try out on him.
- Beal may be available for a fair offer in the summer and would perfectly fit @Mavs.
- You can see what a real Center like WCS immediatelly can provide on the defense side but you also the offense side becomes stack or that funny flow goes a bit lost. So I think beside Beal Mavs will have a look on Turner next years and what you can learn from Mavs as well ist patience.
Mavs will have 4 young player after this years draft and 2 1st availalbe to improve and if we seen till a year is gone Beal and / or Turner @DAL it will pretty nice. So we may figure out some nice probosals on that.

Finalley I would have like the try on MKG if the Hornets would have agreed to send him for Lee - but not for a pick.

I guess what I am trying to say is that Dallas coukd have gotten Drummond instead of WCS with that same 2nd round draft pick.
