Why?
Both the Bulls and Detroit have to decide soon if they want to pay their player.
Those draft picks give them the chance to draft a prospect that's on a rookie contract for four year.

I think Williams still has more value than that, especially considering Theis is negative value.

Hayes has been playing much better, Detroit would have no interest in Goga, and the Boston pick isn't enticing.

Williams and Hayes were both drafted in the top 7 and though they haven’t justified that pick to this point, they’re not getting flipped for picks in the high 20s.

Williams worth a bit more and worth a shot haliburton makes ppl better 5 out system -> easier opportunities. Hayes probably fair value he got to get stronger/ shoot 3 decent to be great.
Not all picks same value these are late firsts williams probably worth a mid first.
