Lakers attempt to sign derozan and, if not successful then sign afflalo or evan turner

I don't know why everyone wants the Lakers to trade Russell. He's 19 and hasn't even played 1/2 of a season. He will learn/develop and become a really good PG in my opinion. You don't give up on a #2 pick so quickly. We'll more than likely get another top 3 pick this year and can make another run at free agents next year with more than enough cap space. It will be a minimum 2-3 years before we're back in playoffs. Don't sell out our future because you want to be a #8 seed just to get bounced in 5 or 6 games best case scenario.

- try strengthen the squad to make a run at the playoffs.

A Burks for Conley swap is legit but 1. Conley is expiring and 2. Burks is on a very bargain contract ecspecially with the cap rise next season.

With memphis' intention of turning to a more small ball lineup, zach randolph's days maybe numbered so getting some young pieces now instead of later will benefit the grizzlies
Toronto trade: Pattrick Patterson, Terrence Ross, James Johnson
Giving up role players for a former allstar who can still give you 15-8 on a nghtly basis could be the missing piece in toronto and allow them to make a massive push to the top of the east, also allows VC to finish his career as a raptor.
