CLE-CHA-MIA
TO CLE: Miles Bridges + Andrew Wiggins
- call me some sort of homer (i am) but i would love Mobley to play the 5 putting in athletic forwards around him. i love Wiggins giving us some championship experience
PG: Darius Garland / Lonzo Ball / Craig Porter
SG: Donovan Mitchell / Sam Merrill
SF: Andrew Wiggins /
PF: Miles Bridges / Deandre Hunter
CE: Evan Mobley / Larry Nance Jr
TO CHA: Jarrett Allen + Jaime Jacquez Jr
- CHA only have Plumlee and Diabate to play center and those guys arent starting caliber. Allen provides them an instant double-double and a lob threat to Lamelo. This also opens up space for Salaun to develop even more
PG: Lamelo Ball / Tre Mann / Spencer Dinwiddie
SG: Collin Sexton / Josh Green / Jaime Jacquez
SF: Brandon Miller / Kon Knueppel
PF: Tidjane Salaun / Grant Williams
CE: Jarrett Allen / Mason Plumlee / Mousa Diabate
TO MIA: Max Strus + Dean Wade + 2nd round pick from CLE & CHA
- adds shooting on the wing and some depth on their frontline. Gives more time for Herro and Powell to operate
PG: Davion Mitchell / Terry Rozier
SG: Tyler Herro / Pelle Larrson
SF: Norman Powell / Max Strus / Simone Fontecchio
PF: Bam Adebayo / Nikola Jovic
CE: Kelel Ware / Dean Wade

I like this for Cleveland and Charlotte
Feels like Miami should get an extra 2rnd pick.
02 Oct 2025 16:59:42
Cleveland would get crushed on the boards on a daily basis if they did this trade. Their defense would also take a hit.

I really like this for the Celtics. Hornets and Hawks do pretty good as well.
Not sure Utah accepts this package; those firsts are mediocre.

06 Sep 2025 01:38:38
This is pretty balanced. The iffy one is Toronto; not sure they'd trade all that for Derrick White.
06 Sep 2025 03:30:54
Toronto could be a darkhorse in the east. They have star power and Those 3 players they're getting are established vets with great playoff and finals experience. Quickley and Barrett has been doing what in their careers so far.
11 Sep 2025 16:24:20
No thanks. Toronto needs to see what they have. And sliding barrett off the bench would be the best way to go with a defensive player at the 2 guard spot. raptors dont need to rush winning this year. Alot of teams got better and raptors haven't even seen what BI can do with Barnes let's wait and see. Or you upgrade the og position by trading away IQ and one of dixk or Walter with some picks.

Boston - Charlotte
Boston - M Williams, J Green
Charlotte - K Porzingis, J Walsh, 1st round pick 2026, 1st round pick 2028 (top 20 protected)
Celtics end up with an inside presence and a serviceable wing to add depth, also saves money in the process
Charlotte adds 2 picks and Kristaps could thrive there with Lamelo and Miller

The Dalton Knecht dillema has a dark side. Y get traded but then y need to go back?
Since Hornets still want to execute the trade and they have traded for Nurkic, maybe LAL and CHA agree on the to swap the players but LA keeps a pick - because Williams has health issues not mention.
Hornets have trade for Nurkis and get two young wings - Lakers a Center also if it may only short term or backup.
CHA Dalton Knecht, Reddish
LAL Mark Williams

SAC - CHA - POR
Sacramento receives: Grant, Martin, Richards
Charlotte receives: Huerter
Portland receives: DeRozan
SAC depth:
Fox / Carter / McLaughlin
Monk / Ellis / Jones
Grant / Martin / McDermott
Murray / Lyles / Crowder
Sabonis / Richards / Len
CHA depth:
Ball / Mann / Micic / Smith
Green / Huerter / Curry
Miller / Jeffries
Bridges / G. Williams / Salaun
M. Williams / Diabate
POR depth:
Simons / Henderson / Banton
Sharpe / Thybulle / Rupert
DeRozan / Avdija
Camara / Murray / Walker
Ayton / Clingan / Williams / Reath
The Kings move Huerter to round out their bench and save enough money to absorb Grant's salary and barely avoid the luxury tax. Grant's ability to be a threat to shoot / drive from the perimeter should create more of an equal opportunity offense, and he is an improvement on defense over DeRozan.
The Hornets create a solid 3-man rotation at SG / SF with Miller, Green, and Huerter. They open up a roster spot for subsequent moves.
The Blazers move Grant's 4yr/$132m (safe to assume he picks up the player option) remaining contract for DeRozan's 3yr/$74m (3rd year partially guaranteed / $58m total guaranteed). With limited suitors for Grant, they may be willing to prioritize future flexibility first. DeRozan could have a positive impact on the young roster, or they could flip him in another trade.

Lakers aim for the 2026 free agency class
06 Nov 2024 11:23:23
Chicago Bulls are going nowhere, they should just rebuild around young players like Giddey, White & Dosonmu and trade away their vets for the best possible deal they can get
Lavine's value is low to negative due to his contract and injury concerns, there might be a few teams that will have an interest like Lakers, Hornets or even the Clippers
Vooch can still help a contender, he has value of a late first or few seconds maybe
Lonzo could be unloaded too with his expiring contract
Let me try some deals:
Charlotte-Chicago-San Antonio 3-way deal
Charlotte acquires: Zach Lavine, Blake Wesley
- they need a big name for the city, if healthy, the starting 5 could be a fun team to watch with athleticism all around
Ball - Mann - Curry
Lavine - Micic
Miller - Wesley
Bridges - Smith - Salaun
Williams - Richards
Chicago acquires: Zach Collins, Josh Green, Grant Williams, Cody Martin & 1st round pick from Spurs
Giddey - Lonzo - Carter
White - Dosonmu - THT
Williams - Martin - Green
Williams - Buzelis
Smith - Collins
Spurs acquires: Nikola Vucevic, 2nd round picks from Bulls & Hornets
- with Sochan out, Wemby can move to pf position and let Vooch man the paint
Paul - Jones
Vassell - Castle - Champagnie
Barnes - Johnson - Branham
Wembanyama - Bassey
Vucevic - Mamukelashvili
07 Nov 2024 19:05:22
Not a good trade for Chicago if they dont get their own 2025 pick back from SA.

This is really bad for San Antonio.
20 Jun 2024 20:56:27
LaMelo is a good fit in San Antonio. It's a slight overpay, but well worth it.
21 Jun 2024 10:03:20
Why is this really bad for San Antonio?
They say it's a weak draft, so the #4 and #8 Aren't that valuable. The charlotte pick is top 12 protected and the Hawks picks are a gamble.
I think Lamelo is a good fit for them, he would improve their offence and i think he would be a good defender in their system too.
