I don't understand why everyone thinks the Celtics want to get out from Hayward's contract. After this upcoming season, it's only one more year.
If everyone thinks Hayward's contract is so bad, why would all these teams that people are trading him to in these trade rumors, they want him?

I think the Haywatd trade rumors also have something to do with creating minutes for the youngsters.

He's salary filler JoeB. He's the only way for Boston to bring back a big contract in return. It's not that people really really want him.

They aren't trading Hayward. They don't need Gallinari. That would take more time away from the kids.
Anyone who thinks that Hayward will be traded before the season is nuts. Everyone has been raving about how well he's been looking in the off season
They will wait and see about him in the regular season. If it doesn't work out, maybe they try to move him at the deadline or after the season.
