If you were the GM of the Cavs, which of the following would you rather do?
Option 1: Sign Jordan Clarkson & trade for Royce O'Neal
Option 2: Trade Donovan Mitchell for Mikal Bridges
I personally would go with option 1, but I could understand why some would choose option 2.

Mitchell for Bridges? Why?

@Psiphon I'm confused as well. I've seen that trade thrown around in many forums. I don't think it's close value wise.

Not a big fan of Cleveland pieces. Allen+Mobley don't stretch the court for Mitchell or Garland and are not consistent low post scorers.
Almost feel like they need to trade one of Allen-Mobley or Mitchell-Garland and add the necessary shooting around the remaining 3.
I think signing Clarkson is just adding to the problem of inefficient mid-range scorer.

@Fredman Jarrett Allen for Wendell Carter Jr. has been tossed around. WCJ would be a downgrade defensively, but he can space the floor. Would you do that trade?

I would deal for wendell and not think twice if that was something orlando was actually interested in… i think we overate some of these super skinny shot blockers sometimes like claxton also. Clarkson is a terrible fit unless you dont bring back levert but garland clarkson minutes should be a nightmare on d. Im cool with the bridges trade but id rather deal mobley to become a championship contender bc youll get a lot back for his potential . They shouldve at the deadline this year that's why i picked the knicks in series spacing issues.

@JJ. If that was the only deal that Cleveland had a available, then I would probably do that deal, but I know that there are "better" offers out there.
Cleveland feels a lot like Sacramento in looking for that wing as the missing piece that completes the puzzle.
