ok, but this gives them flexibility.
- The 26 pick will be high
-those spurs picks have swap options so a higher chance to get in the lottery too.
-Barnes comes of the books next year
-Vassel is a good trade piece

This gives them the assets to trade for Giannis next year.

Not sure the 26 will be high as Atlanta might be pretty good. Vassel is considered by many to be a questionable contract, think they might need a better win now player. It's not horrible just not ideal.
